Pamela, affectionately known as "Pilates Pamela," is a passionate Pilates instructor on a mission to bring inclusivity and accessibility to the Pilates community. Her journey from enthusiast to certified mat instructor exemplifies her dedication to the practice and its transformative power.

Training and Certification

Demonstrating unwavering commitment, Pamela traveled from Charleston to Miami to earn her mat certification from the Pilates Plug🔌 herself, Jungle Johanna, at Break Free Movement. This rigorous training laid the foundation for her expertise in Classical Pilates repertoire. Believing in being a forever student, Pamela has decided to continue her pilates training with Breathe Education as she works towards her Comprehensive Certification.
