Yes, I offer package deals for multiple sessions. These packages can provide cost savings and encourage consistent practice. Please contact me for current package options and pricing.

For optimal results, it is recommended to practice Pilates 2-3 times per week. However, even once a week can provide benefits. Listen to your body and choose a frequency that fits your schedule and goals.

Repetition in Pilates serves several purposes:
It helps perfect form and technique
It builds muscle memory and strength
It allows for incremental progress as you master each movement
It reinforces the mind-body connection central to Pilates practice
As you become more advanced, you'll notice subtle variations and increased difficulty in these repeated movements.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way of movements or make it difficult for me (your instructor) to see your form.

For mat classes, you are welcome to bring your own mats but we do have mats and other equipment available as well. Same for private sessions or specific classes, you are welcome to bring your own mat but there are extra mats available.
What you will need to bring is: water, a towel if you'd like and great vibes!

Our sessions typically last 45-55 minutes. I also can offer express 30-minute classes for those with busy schedules.
